Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary:

The Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join its team. As a key member of the hotel's housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities;
  • Empty trash and replace liners in bathrooms and bedrooms;
  • Restock toiletries and towels as needed;
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues;
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and meet the hotel's high standards;
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • 1+ year experience in hospitality or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) and stand for long periods;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
