Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Cook traditional South and North Indian meals
  • Cook snacks such as Methu Vadai, Masala Vadai, Curry Puff, and Samosa
  • Cook Prata varieties including Nool Prata, Bun Prata, Kili Prata, and Tissue Prata
  • Cook Thosai varieties including Paper Thosai, Cone Thosai, and Veetu Thosai
  • Cook Naan breads and Tandoori Roti
  • Cook Tandoori side dishes
  • Cook Briyani varieties including Chittinadu Dum Briyani and Malabar Dum Briyani
  • Cook Malaysian-style veg and non-veg dishes
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in similar role
  • No formal education required
  • Able to work any shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in team-based bulk cooking environment with multitasking capabilities
  • Experience in cooking using Combi-oven with automated programming of recipes

Key Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Applicants should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to communicate effectively is also crucial for success in this position.
