As a key player in the global financial sector, our organization is dedicated to providing seamless access to and from the Asia Pacific region.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an AVP, KYC CDD. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preliminary due diligence checks for deal teams and conducting KYC reviews for existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with experience in corporate/project finance KYCs, as well as certifications in AML. You will be meticulous, proactive, organized, and motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

  • You will engage in discussions with deal teams to understand and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the document procurement process.
  • You will draw up ownership structures, transaction structures, and funds flow structures from documents provided by clients.
  • You will review and ensure documents collected for KYCs are complete and properly certified in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • You will perform various due diligence checks on clients on external and internal platforms and databases.
  • You will provide support on other AML/KYC-related matters as required.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with experience in corporate/project finance KYCs preferred.
  • Certifications in AML would be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to KYC/AML eg MAS Notice 626.
  • Meticulous, proactive, organized and motivated.
  • Team player who is able to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet search tools.
