Vision Software Manager Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing a team of software engineers in the development of vision software for semiconductor equipment.

  • Manage and lead a high-performing team of software engineers to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems and equipment.

  • Develop and implement software methodology, documentation, and tools to support software sustaining and new development projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Studies, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in vision software development, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

  • Strong expertise in C++ programming language and Windows operating system.

  • Familiarity with machine vision and image processing concepts, techniques, and technologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
