We are ZHEJIANG ETONE SPECIALIZED FOUNDATION ENGINEERING CO., LTD. SINGAPORE BRANCH, a well-established construction company in Singapore with over 100 national patents and expertise in large-scale bridge pile foundations, industrial pile foundations, foundation pit support, diaphragm walls, and static drill root pile construction projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, as well as performing bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle the full set of accounts, including GL, AR, and AP, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, manage cash flows, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and variances.
  • Manage payroll processes, including CPF submissions, employee benefits, and salary payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST and tax filing, adhering to Singapore accounting standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and CPF regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
