Lead our Area Marketing efforts for the South East Asia and Taiwan business unit.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our regional marketing initiatives. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement across our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with global category teams to provide local market insights that shape global brand planning, campaigns, and innovation pipelines.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Adapt the global marketing strategy to suit local market needs and ensure successful execution with local teams across priority brands.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends and consumer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing, with over 4 years at a management level, preferably in the FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is essential, with a Master's degree being an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience of leading diverse teams and matrix teams.
What You'll Achieve:

You will oversee the Area Marketing team, setting the marketing vision and capability plan for the region. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
