Early Childhood Education Assistant

As an Early Childhood Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in infants;
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure the well-being of children and maintain open communication with parents;
- Providing daily care, including meals, toileting, and rest periods, to meet the physical needs of children;
- Developing positive relationships with parents through regular updates and fostering a culture of openness and transparency;
- Supporting preschool functions, demonstrating teamwork skills, and adapting to changing circumstances with enthusiasm and commitment to ongoing learning;
Requirements for this role include:
- No prior training is required; however, familiarity with fundamental principles of early childhood education is essential;
- Ongoing participation in Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) program is mandatory;
- At least one year of relevant experience in early childhood education is preferred but not necessary;
