We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
Job Description:- This position involves assisting the preschool teacher in class, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for all children.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily needs of children, including showering, meal time, and toileting, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- They will also engage with children and parents, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community within the preschool.
- A minimum of a Fundamental Certificate in Early childhood education or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in early childhood education.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
