Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our manufacturing operations. As a Senior Manufacturing Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of efficient production processes.

  • BOM Development: Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to ensure seamless production processes.
  • SFC and SAP Management: Administer key systems like Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP to manage process and material data effectively.
  • Packaging Design: Support the design and enhancement of rack packaging to ensure assembly readiness.
  • Process Implementation: Lead the execution of BOM and material changes, coordinating implementation across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Mass Production Support: Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and ensure product quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Take an active role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
  • New Product Introduction: Assist in factory-level New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification efforts.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
