Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Support the management of client portfolios, including database management and critical dates monitoring.
- Transaction Strategy: Assist in the preparation, recommendation, and implementation of a portfolio-wide transaction strategy.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources for real estate activities, such as site inspections.

- Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships and work closely with client stakeholders, including project management, facilities management, finance, and others.

- Landlord Relationships: Establish and build good relationships with landlords on behalf of clients.
- Time Management and Multitasking: Possess good time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Database Management: Have experience and knowledge of database management, such as Siterra+, Harbourflex, CoStar, or similar.
- Microsoft Office: Possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
