Culinary Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and cook North and south Indian food according to company standards.
  • To maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • To handle ingredients with care and ensure that they are stored properly.
  • To check the quality of ingredients and ensure that they meet company standards.
  • To monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
  • To adhere to company rules and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is required.
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of job performance.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
