Customer Experience Representative
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in this challenging role.
This position involves direct interaction with customers through face-to-face engagement, promoting products and services while effectively conveying key brand messages.
The ideal candidate will support sales activities by providing product knowledge, answering customer inquiries, and delivering positive experiences that drive customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the successful applicant will assist the marketing team in event setup and execution, outreach campaigns, and other initiatives designed to enhance engagement and campaign performance.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales teams in resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
