Regional Performance Lead

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive excellence across the region.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy, planning, and activation efforts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Pursue opportunities for innovation and thought leadership within the team.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for issue resolution and media deliverables.
  • Lead the development of excellence within the team at a channel and category level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 12-15 years experience in biddable media, preferably in regional/global accounts.
  • Proven expertise leading scaled and complex teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Expertise in key biddable channels – Search, Social, Programmatic.
  • A proven track-record of building processes and supporting team growth.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Able to apply data-driven insights to enhance business outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of client business needs and strategic intent.
