Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing shipments, receiving and storing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Quality: Safely prepare packing materials; efficiently pack, unpack, and relocate goods to prevent any damage. Maintain high quality standards for audit purposes.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive inbound cargo, sorting and storing received merchandise as directed by the Warehouse Management System (WMS) work orders. Handle warehouse stock by receiving, picking, unloading, labeling, and storing products.
  • Logistics Operations: Organize shipments for both incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse. Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Report any inconsistencies or discrepancies found during operations. Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while handling merchandise and using distribution center equipment and vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Training: Training is provided to inexperienced candidates.
  • Skills: Familiarity with handheld scanners and computerized warehouse systems is an advantage. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and record-keeping is beneficial.
  • Physical Abilities: Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting (up to 15 kg). Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability: Able to commit overtime due to delayed deliveries.
