About the Role:

This job involves receiving and inspecting incoming goods, conducting regular stock checks, and accurately picking and packing items for delivery.

You will assist in planning drivers' schedules, coordinating delivery routes, and communicating with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities:
  1. Receive incoming goods, verify and inspect quantity and quality against delivery orders.
  2. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts; update inventory records accurately in the system.
  3. Pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders; prepare goods for delivery and organize them according to delivery schedules.
  4. Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and SOPs.
  7. Load and unload goods onto/from delivery vans as required.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification. You should also be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads (5-10+ KG), and possess good time management and scheduling skills.
