Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic IT Applications Lead to drive the development of our IT applications, exploring cutting-edge technologies and designing architectures that meet organizational needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IT application systems. Your expertise in software development, Agile principles, DevSecOps, Microservices, and Cloud-based technologies will be invaluable in leading projects to identify and explore suitable technologies and solutions.

You will design IT application architectures to meet organizational needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with a tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail. They will also have excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling them to work effectively within a cross-functional team. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading projects to identify and explore suitable technologies and solutions
* Designing IT application architectures to meet organizational needs
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of applications/system architecture/developments and implementation. A strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevSecOps, is essential. Experience with Cloud-based technologies and Microservices will also be beneficial.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
