The role of a Front Office Specialist is crucial in ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidates must efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures to guarantee high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • A sales attitude and awareness of resort-wide sales opportunities are essential when performing upselling tasks.
  • Effective communication within the Front Office department and with other departments, especially Housekeeping, is vital for providing an excellent service to all guests.
  • Maintaining accurate guest recognition reports and handling complaints in a professional manner are key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service is necessary for this position.
  • Good interpersonal skills, effective multi-tasking, and time management abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • A warm and pleasant personality, combined with knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions, is highly desirable.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected.
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
