At Stripe, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Vendor Manager in Risk Operations. This role is critical to the success of our business, and we are looking for someone who can help us achieve our goals.

About the Job

The Vendor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the vendor operations for our company, ensuring that vendors deliver world-class support experiences to our users. This includes managing relationships with external partners, holding them accountable for performance, and driving KPI performance through regular reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of direct vendor management experience within a BPO environment, preferably in high-growth tech companies or startups. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong operational background, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and own operational relationships across key partners in user operations, external vendors, and internal teams
  • Hold Stripe's external partners and internal stakeholders accountable for performance and contractual commitments
  • Own the management of vendor sites staffing and delivery of required inputs from the vendors
  • Lead Business Reviews and actions with vendors to drive KPI performance
  • Deep dive and improve workflow management, workforce management practices at the vendor site(s) and ensure optimal practices for adherence to Stripe defined workflows
What We Offer
