Senior Building Information Modeller/Technical Drafter

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler/CAD Drafter to join our team. As a BIM Modeler/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using various software such as Revit, CAD, and SketchUp.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and updating multi-system modules and services
- Preparing and updating shop drawings, schematic, detail drawing, penetration drawing, as-built, and section drawing
- Redesigning drawings based on required markups and specifications
- Understanding M&E components and services
- Capable of working with a wide range of materials and finishes
You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that your models meet their requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting and/or BIM
- Strong skills in CAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Excellent understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles and practices
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
