Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and promote products and services to walk-in customers and online platform users
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (e.g., social media, emails, inbound calls)
• Attend to customers' queries in-store and online
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide after-sales service by following up with customers, soliciting feedback, and offering promotional codes
• Handle complaints and feedback professionally and competently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of customer service and/or digital marketing experience; retail or jewelry experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, photography, videography, and video editing tools)
• Familiarity with e-commerce processes and platforms is advantageous
• Creative and up-to-date with social media trends, especially in the gold and Jewelry Industry
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
