Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee our retail operations and support our team across multiple locations. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, training staff on product knowledge, customer service, and cashier operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and guiding retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, and cashier operations.
  • Learntaining foot health knowledge, interpreting foot scan reports, and performing insole grinding and adjustments.
  • Recruiting and interviewing new team members.
  • Conducting onboarding and skills training sessions for new hires.
  • Managing and preparing weekly staff schedules.
  • Monitoring daily operations to ensure service standards are met.
  • Handling customer service matters and resolving in-store complaints efficiently.
  • Visiting different store outlets regularly to support staff and motivate team members.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.
  • The ability to learn technical product knowledge (foot reports and insoles) is required.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to visit and support various store locations.
