We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Business Development Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving consulting and product delivery offerings. Your primary focus will be on driving new business opportunities with sales partners while ensuring a thorough understanding of customer expectations.

Responsibilities">

  • Present a comprehensive overview of LNRS's fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication products and services, clarifying technical details to meet customer requirements.">
  • Provide consultative guidance that incorporates excellent listening skills and well-positioned questions to identify and recommend solutions that align with customer needs.">
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of customers' businesses, industries, and operations to facilitate realization of their value and transformation potential with our solutions.">
  • Guide customers through proposed solutions, encompassing technical demonstrations, detailed technical and business processes, and high-level engagement plans.">
  • Drive opportunities across all stages from inception through internal handover to delivery.">
  • Offer expertise by applying product and/or process to the customer base.">
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations.">
  • Maintain good planning, organizational, and time management skills.">
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, fostering long-lasting internal and external relationships.">
  • Assist in the development of team members.">
  • Monitor team performance.">
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of fraud and identity risk management, linking it to LNRS products and services.">
  • Understand customer use cases and requirements, subsequently applying best practices for those prospects/customers.">
  • Analyze client business activities and processes to optimize efficiency and manage risk through LNRS solutions.">
  • Actively participate in and perform external and internal training.">
  • Seek opportunities to innovate the team and its synergies.">

  • Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or authentication is necessary.">
  • Experience working with prospective customers to identify and concisely reflect requirements is required.">
  • Prior experience in managing a team is desired.">
