**Job Title:** Storage Infrastructure Specialist


The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise storage platforms. They will work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless operations and high levels of data availability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain enterprise storage systems including Huawei Dell Hitachi and NetApp.
  • Troubleshoot storage-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Assist in firmware and software upgrades to maintain system supportability.
  • Implement storage changes in compliance with standard processes and guidelines.
  • On-site Data Center support for system maintenance and break-fix tasks.
  • Support patching break-fix and disaster recovery operations.
  • Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize storage utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in storage administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of storage systems including SAN/NAS technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
