About the Role
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for clients worldwide. Our goal is to deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of users and businesses alike.
To achieve this, you will work closely with designers, researchers, consultants, and developers to create wireframes, visual interfaces, and prototypes that meet user needs. Your expertise in UX methodologies, human-computer interaction, and design thinking will be invaluable in driving project success.
- Conduct user research using IBM Enterprise Design Thinking principles, ensuring that your designs are informed by real-world user behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs that captivate users and communicate complex ideas simply.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to ensure they meet user needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply logic to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
