About this Role

The Tax Risk Manager position involves the strategic development and execution of tax risk insurance solutions for M&A transactions within our Private Equity & M&A team.

This key role requires expert advice on tax indemnity insurance policies related to Asia tax risks for complex, multi-jurisdictional M&A deals, providing valuable guidance to global private equity funds and corporates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tax risk insurance strategies within the Private Equity & M&A team.
  • Provide high-level advisory services on tax indemnity insurance policies related to Asia tax risks for complex, multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions.
  • Negotiate optimal terms for the Tax Liability policy on behalf of clients, ensuring the best coverage position.
