Compliance Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Compliance, with experience in developing and implementing regulatory Compliance strategies and programs. You will work closely with various teams to ensure effective implementation of Compliance policies and procedures, including technology risk and regulatory risks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Compliance strategies and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work with technology and product teams to assess and mitigate technology risk and regulatory risks.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure the adequacy and relevance of Compliance strategies, policies, and frameworks.
  • Implement and conduct regular Compliance training programs to educate staff on relevant regulatory developments, Compliance policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure that all new product and service developments meet AML and CFT requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Compliance roles, preferably in financial services industries.
  • Broad exposure to APAC region Compliance issues is desirable.
  • Experience in developing and administering internal controls and processes is essential.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions.
