**Job Title:** Lead Generation Specialist

About the Opportunity:

Our esteemed organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and profiling high-potential leads who are likely to become active CFD traders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough research to identify qualified prospects across social platforms.
  2. Engage with potential leads via direct messages, comments, and thought-leadership content.
  3. Qualify leads based on their trading experience, interest level, and deposit capacity.
  4. Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead activity, notes, and pipeline stages.
  5. Collaborate closely with our Sales Management team to hand off warm leads for onboarding.
  6. Stay informed on CFD/FX trends and competitors to identify new angles and hooks for outreach.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or business development role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and X as social selling tools.
  • Understanding of the financial trading ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tool experience.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in financial sales, trading education, or affiliate marketing.
