Product Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global managed services and consulting provider in the financial services sector.

We are seeking an experienced CLM Product Manager to lead the development of our CLM capabilities, working closely with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and other functions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AML, KYC, and related credit, legal, and tax processes, as well as experience delivering SaaS and API-first products in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior support to the Product Owner in driving objectives around simplification, standardization, and digitization.
  • Lead and support end-to-end delivery of platform, including enhancement of existing products/features and product management for CLM capabilities.
  • Hold accountability for defining and delivering on the objectives and key results of the squad.
  • Evaluate processes for optimization of the technology stack and automation of back-end processes.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for product-led initiatives.
  • Ensure adequate and appropriate controls are in place, and where necessary, drive remedial action and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the Financial Crime or Compliance domain.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Financial Crime or Compliance domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • PMP/Agile certification would be preferred.
