About Our Therapist Role
We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. You will be supporting children with diverse speech, language, communication, and feeding needs in various paediatric-focused programmes.
- Conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
- Develop and implement Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs) or Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs), working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
- Deliver therapy through individual and/or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to support the child's development across home and school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care planning for children. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and be fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore. We also require strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
