Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking skilled therapists to support children with diverse speech, language, communication, and feeding needs in our range of paediatric-focused programmes. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, as well as be fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, passion for working with children in early intervention, developmental, or educational settings is a must.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions for paediatric clients with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties.
- Develop and implement Individualised Intervention Plans (IIPs) or Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs), working collaboratively with families and other professionals.
- Deliver therapy through individual and/or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings.
- Provide training and guidance to caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders to support the child's development across home and school environments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to holistic care planning for children.
- Access to clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
- Opportunities to work alongside experienced therapists and multidisciplinary teams supporting children across a broad range of developmental needs.
