Strategic Investment Professional

We are seeking a seasoned investment director to spearhead our deal origination and execution efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of identifying and closing high-value transactions, with a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific infrastructure financing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Originate and structure new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation, in line with our investment mandate.
- Monitor key markets to source suitable investment opportunities and develop strategic recommendations for delivering long-term returns.
- Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, service providers, brokers, and other market participants in targeted key markets.
- Assist in generating market awareness of our investment mandate.
- Plan and implement strategies around asset management and investment exits.
- Provide periodic reporting, including quarterly investor reports, annual reports, and bespoke reports on investments.
- Offer guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- A minimum of 12 years' experience in origination and execution of transactions in the Asia-Pacific infrastructure financing, project financing, leverage financing, or private credit space.
- Proven experience in structuring, credit analysis, and credit memorandum preparation.
- Desirable: Proven experience in the infrastructure sectors, such as renewables, power & utilities, transport, logistics, digital, or social infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ESG or sustainability principles in investment execution is highly valued.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possess high levels of intellect, drive, and energy.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, entrepreneurial, resourceful, meticulous, and results-driven.
