We are seeking an experienced Investment Associate to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our investment underwriting, debt financing, portfolio management, operational finance, and various ad-hoc analyses. This dynamic position involves evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, creating complex financial models, and contributing to the success of our projects throughout the region.
About the Role- Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct due diligence to ensure alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Create complex financial models to analyze investment potential and inform strategic decisions.
- Support the investment underwriting process by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 1-2 years of prior experience in real estate, finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel is a key requirement.
- A genuine interest in data centers and real estate is highly regarded.
- Strong personal and professional integrity, fluency in the Microsoft Office suite, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
