Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in calendar management, travel coordination, business development, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and infrastructure staff as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add internal and external meetings, interviews, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate complex projects and travel arrangements, including flights, cars, rail tickets, and accommodations
  • Develop a deep understanding of Partner scheduling and travel preferences, coordinating travel efficiently
  • Develop excellent rapport with client assistants to facilitate access to senior leaders
  • Understand business goals and objectives, providing proactive support
  • Manage CRM/Certinia, contact management, and business activities updates
  • Identify clients who require follow-up and prepare targeted communications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in supporting executives
  • Experience in financial services, management consultancy, or professional services environments preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent CRM knowledge beneficial
