In this role, you will focus on providing comprehensive technical guidance to service provider partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of the eero product's capabilities. You will partner closely with eero's Business Development teams to support pre-sales technical conversations, Proof of Concepts, and product evaluations.

As a trusted advisor, you will work collaboratively with eero's service provider partners to integrate the eero solution into their existing systems, provide best practices, and resolve critical escalations. You will also advocate for service provider partner requirements within eero internal teams and contribute to building product or solution roadmaps.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the voice of eero's value proposition when connecting with new service provider partners.
  • Educating partners and their customer management teams on all of eero's technical features.
  • P Presenting eero solution and all functionalities to prospective and existing ISP partners and discussing integration options.
  • Providing technical assistance during Proof of Concepts and critical escalations.
  • Writing white papers and tech notes highlighting eero's best features and technologies.
  • Working with partners and internal teams to evaluate requests for custom software and hardware from customers.
  • Documenting feedback, requirements, and use-cases to create justification for new software or hardware development.
  • Conducting and sharing analysis for eero's competitors.
  • Testing eero against competitors, sharing findings on eero's value.
  • Leading updates via documents, presentations, and meetings about the key features of our hardware and trade-offs made.
  • Developing strong peer-to-peer technical relationships with our partners through which you can provide thought leadership.
  • Investigating and documenting the real-world overlap and differentiation between eero and related products.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
  • In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience is needed for this role.
  • Experience within specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
  • Experience working as a Solutions Architect or Sales engineer preferably in the networking field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi and networking protocols.
  • Familiarity with broadband internet technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, embedded software, cloud software, and security best practices.
  • Comfortable in at least one scripting language and using APIs to automate workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical – able to self-serve from existing data sources and collect new data from any source as required.
