
Claims Management Professional

To drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service in claims management, this role will work collaboratively with regional underwriters to enhance claims service levels and process efficiency. This position should identify claims assets for the region.
- Ensure that the claims team is capable of negotiating settlements and denials with clients and producers.
- Manage direct customers and business partners effectively.
- Lead the A&H claims team in Asia to achieve strategic objectives.
- Review and optimize claims processes and procedures to promote efficiencies.
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Manage service providers offering 24-hour hotlines to customers.
Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years of related insurance experience with people management/supervisory experience.
- Tertiary education preferred, with insurance or claims-related education or equivalent.
- Excellent marketing skills required.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
