Job Overview

The role of a Uniform Attendant is to ensure that hotel employees have access to well-maintained uniforms in accordance with the hotel's standards.

This includes inspecting, sorting, and recording uniforms that require repair, replacement, or cleaning. The Uniform Attendant will also coordinate with the laundry department or external vendors for uniform cleaning and maintenance.

Additionally, the Uniform Attendant will ensure proper labeling and organization of uniforms for efficient distribution, monitor uniform stock levels, and report shortages or damage to the supervisor.

Maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness in the uniform room is also a key responsibility of this role.

The Uniform Attendant will assist in the fitting and alteration of uniforms as required, keep accurate inventory records, and participate in stock audits.

Finally, the Uniform Attendant will uphold the highest standards of grooming and uniform presentation for all team members.
