Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Programme Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our children's programme, focusing on development, administration, volunteer management, and outreach.

  • Development:
    • Create and implement engaging learning activities aligned to key growth dimensions for children enrolled in our programme.
    • Develop and conduct events to expand the programme's reach and impact.
  • Administration and Management:
    • Communicate with caregivers and parents regarding enrolment, attendance, and administrative matters related to the programme.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases of enrolled children, including contact details and emergency contacts.
  • Volunteer Coordination and Management:
    • Onboard volunteers and conduct briefing sessions prior to volunteering activities.
    • Evaluate programme effectiveness and provide feedback to volunteers, implementing improvements as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for empowering children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
  • Prior experience working or volunteering with children and families is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with children, caregivers, and volunteers.

Additionally, the Programme Coordinator should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Canva, and Central Management System.
