Job Title: Department Manager Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our department. You will lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the department
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver repair and calibration services for various test and measuring equipment
  • Implement continuous innovation strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Assist in tracking financial parameters and implementing measures to meet required KPIs
  • Work closely with other departments to track and report monthly unbilled receivables and aging
  • Ensure contractual SLAs are met
  • Implement and ensure compliance with all operations requirements

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree with at least 5 years of experience in managing operations of a business division
  • Competent in managing resources, manpower, process improvements, and knowledge in generating reports and presentation skills
  • A good team player with honesty, integrity, maturity, and self-motivation
  • Confident in communicating with all levels and different cultural backgrounds
  • Advantageous to have hands-on experience in operations of a calibration and testing laboratory
