We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Specialist to provide support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative and support services such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support purchasing, invoicing, and other back-office operations
- Monitor tasks to ensure details are up-to-date
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate professionally with suppliers and customers via email, phone, and in-person. Additionally, they will coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and service requests, preparing and responding to suppliers and customers in clear, professional English.
