Responsibilities:
- Support regional acquisition and disposition activities in close coordination with Real Estate Solutions (RES) developers and Head of Capital Markets.
- Provide internal support to align with end-to-end external investment processes.
- Monitor markets and investment data.
- Identify acquisition and disposal opportunities.
- Appraise acquisitions and disposals.
- Review existing refresh and redevelopment opportunities.
- Manage acquisition and disposal process (SPA).
- Maintain contact with local real estate agents and investor networks.
- Draft approval papers.
- Coordinate various levels within the organization and across a complex work environment for desired results.
- Assist with maintaining capital markets and brokerage network in the region.
- Assist in acquiring investment for RES projects.
- Coordinate and execute underwriting process with RES regional heads.
- Coordinate external and internal project team activities for the region.
- Manage effective working relationships with other RES regional teams, CRE, and DSC teams.
Key responsibilities include managing acquisition and disposal process (SPA) and maintaining contact with local real estate agents and investor networks.
