Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create an assortment of delicious herbal milk teas and wellness brews that appeal to a wide range of tastes.
  • Offer expert recommendations and ensure all customers feel welcomed and well-cared for.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting tea bar environment at all times.
  • Support daily operations and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards consistently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Tea Barista or strong passion for tea service and customer relations.
  • A keen eye for detail and presentation quality.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, combined with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A positive team attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
