Job Opportunity: Retail Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our retail team as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various store duties including receiving, checking, storing and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including prayer items and containers of butter lamps.
  • Support general duties to ensure efficient daily retail operations.
  • Provide exceptional counter sales and respond to customers' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with volunteers for flower arrangement and provide related logistic support.
  • Ensure workplace safety and maintain a clean environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification is required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience is necessary.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Knowledge of POS (Point of Sales) machine is an advantage.
  • Team player with high integrity and meticulousness is expected.
  • Physically fit to lift and carry goods.
