Roles and Responsibilities
The Retail Operations Assistant shall:
- be the brand ambassador and conducts oneself in a confident and professional manner
- assist the Senior Consultants with tasks
- be on a constant lookout to provide value to all of our clients
- Assist with the necessary digital documentation as part of client management & customer service
- work closely with the other teams to ensure that documentation is organised and up-to-date.
- Participating in in-house training and learning from senior consultants take initiative to maintain the best retail gallery conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.

- Is tactful in conversational English & Mandarin
- Is organised and discipline
- Is able to execute tasks in a methodical and logical manner
- Is accountable for the tasks assigned to them

- is flexible and has a growth mindset Is positive, proactive, eager to learn and possess a "can-do" attitude
**Job Type**: Full time (Permanent)
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays 12nn to 8pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm
Probation Period: 3 months
Dress code: business formal
**In house training will be provided.
