We are seeking an experienced Retail and Ticketing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of ticketing operations and retail management.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure sales targets and KPIs for tickets, photo/video, and merchandise are achieved as set in the financial plan.
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling security and maintain the highest standards of security relating to all aspects of cash handling.
- Lead and manage T&R Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Staff.
- Evaluate and improve product presentation and site appearance.
- Oversee all POS and photo systems.
- Manage retail inventory effectively.
- Act as Duty Manager in rotation with the Operations Manager and Supervisors.
- Foster effective communication within the team.
- Prior experience in retail and ticketing operations management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
- Ability to maintain high standards of security and cash handling.
- Strong marketing operations management skills.
- A competitive salary range of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
