Key Role Overview

The position involves the definition and management of business change across an organization, ensuring that business needs are understood and translated into optimal solutions.

This role is pivotal in driving projects forward, from requirements gathering to solution implementation and change management support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks, as well as experience in asset management or wealth management.

  • Business Analysis
    • Elicit requirements from stakeholders using effective methods and standards.
    • Analyse and validate requirements with a structured approach.
    • Conduct impact assessments to map current and future processes, systems, and structures.
    • Perform data analysis to ensure data consistency and quality.
    • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Solution Assessment & Validation
    • Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure robust and optimal solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify solution options.
  • Change Management & Implementation Support
    • Provide clear, accurate information for effective communication.
    • Support project management processes such as risk, issue, compliance, and change management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Background in asset management or wealth management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Asian local markets and regulatory practices.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.

Domain Expertise

  • Knowledge of portfolio management, performance & attribution, risk modeling, compliance, liquidity management, and trade lifecycle monitoring.
  • Experience across major asset classes and related analytics.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data models.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Business Analyst Certification desirable.
  • 7-10 years of Financial Services Business Analyst experience.
