We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant BIM Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and organized Revit models, including schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings, and other relevant shop drawings.
  • Collaborate with Lead Fabrication Modellers to integrate 3D fabrication models with the updated design model ensuring compliance with design intent prior to approval and installation.
  • Communicate effectively with Consultants and coordinate data extraction sets required by construction trades, ensuring timely requests.
  • Document and update design changes in the field, coordinating with Consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Attend VDC/Technical meetings and progress meetings with consultants and Developer, organizing walkthrough sessions and presentations.
  • Support Project Management on all VDC and IDD related matters, working closely with site coordinators to collect information for VDC progress simulations and schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural/Civil & Structural/Electrical & Mechanical.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP, Navisworks, Enscape, and Synchro.
  • Relevant BIM or VDC certification and at least 5 years' experience in BIM modeling and coordination within a large construction project.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
