Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Lead to spearhead our visual design strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual design strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead the development of branding, marketing materials, and other visual assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of visual design principles and be able to apply them in various contexts. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful visual design strategies
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Gamma, and AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Runway
  • Strong understanding of spatial awareness and how brands show up in different environments
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience working in environments like design studios, architecture firms, or brand consultancies
  • Understanding the rhythm of design & build projects
  • Ability to sketch ideas, storyboards, or floorplans
  • Motion design or video editing skills
