Senior Property Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage and maintain assigned properties with precision and care.
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and building acts.
  • To uphold estate house rules and bylaws at all times.
  • To conduct regular inspections and recommend necessary repairs and improvements.
  • To supervise contractors and ensure that their work meets specifications.
  • To monitor and review estate agreements, licenses, insurance policies, and contracts.
  • To handle procurement processes within managed estates efficiently.
  • To track and oversee repair and replacement works effectively.
  • To review operational procedures and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • To provide excellent customer service to residents and owners alike.
  • To lead and manage a team of site staff, including organizing and attending Council and General Meetings, preparing notices, agenda, and meeting minutes, and following up on post-meeting matters.
  • To prepare regular estate reports covering service provider performance, owner feedback, updates, and utilities consumption. To draft and review correspondence such as circulars and notices.
  • To maintain proper documentation and records, and to prepare and review Management and Sinking Fund budgets.
  • To work closely with HQ accounts for the recovery of MF/SF arrears, and to perform additional estate-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property management - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations related to property management and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with residents, owners, and stakeholders.
  • A minimum of a Diploma holder in a relevant field.
