Financial Support Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to assist our team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts and payments.
  2. Monitor outstanding invoices on a weekly basis and follow up with vendors as necessary.
  3. Prepare bank reconciliations, process invoices, and facilitate communication with suppliers.
  4. Handle daily cash collections, verify budgets, and upload funds.
  5. Develop and submit monthly financial reports.
Necessary Qualifications:
  1. Degree holder with at least 1 year of experience in finance and invoice processing.
  2. Prior experience with Workday is highly beneficial.
  3. Individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates attention to detail.
