Key Responsibilities:
  • You'll be our go-to expert for customers seeking the perfect gear for their next snowy escapade, hike, or journey.
  • Delight customers with expert advice, especially around hiking and winter gear.
  • Manage stock, merchandising, and overall department performance.
  • Share your passion for outdoor adventures and help others get kitted out for theirs.
Requirements:
  • Love winter sports (skiing, snowboarding, etc.), hiking, or travel.
  • Friendly, responsible, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Able to commit to a part-time schedule and be hands-on in store operations.
